We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it:

unworn and unused

with original tags attached

in original packaging

accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
