Shipping policy

1. Shipping Origin & Processing Time

All orders are shipped from Koh Samui, Thailand.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Thai public holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

At this time, Mina Essence ships within Thailand only.

Shipping rates within Thailand:

• Koh Samui: Free shipping

• Other locations in Thailand: Flat rate of 200 THB

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time (Thailand):
2–4 business days

International shipping is not yet available.
You may subscribe to our mailing list to be notified when international orders open.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

4. International Shipping (Coming Soon)

International shipping options will be introduced in the future.

When international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees required by the destination country. Mina Essence Co., Ltd. will not be responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.
