I had the pleasure of meeting Mina at Tembo and chose a beautiful Kimono and matching split trousers combo, which Mina designed and created. Wearing this set felt completely different to anything I’ve owned before — you can instantly tell it’s been created by the designer herself rather than mass-produced. Every detail feels intentional, from the way the fabric moves to the precision of the stitching.

The fit is incredibly flattering without trying too hard, and there’s a real sense of individuality in the design. It’s the kind of outfit that makes you stand a little taller the moment you put it on.

What I loved most is that it doesn’t just look beautiful — it feels personal. You can sense the creativity, care, and craftsmanship that’s gone into making it.

I have had this dress for several months now. Originally I thought it would be the perfect evening dress. Wear it with heals, beautiful jewelry and I’m set. Well I was right but it is also the perfect comfort dress. I wear it with flats and a sun hat and I’m ready for the beach. It’s super easy to care for. Hand wash and hang dry. It’s the perfect little white dress. I actually would love it maxi length. 😊🫶🏽

I have always been looking for this kind of elegant yet simple top and was really happy to have found it at Mina Essence! I also bought one of the skirts to combine it as a set. The material is very airy and gives you a wonderful cooling effect when it is hot - which is why linen is always a go to for me.
